About
It's E. W. Beck's pub now and has been for many years, but this building, put up by John Hood in the early 1920s, has served many purposes over its 100 years. There are apartments upstairs. There was once a movie theater in there. The town's post office was in there for many years.
This is a picture of the rear of the building. The front is on Main Street. You can see two of the big buildings designed and built by Fowble for Wade Warfield hovering above the roof.
